Call received regarding the 20 interest I paid to the HMRC for my PPI claim that I should be able to claim backquot Woop Woop the excitement I felt was a big fat ZERO as I have never made a PPI claim and if I did should the company I did the claim with not contact me to arrange the refund to me I advised the lovely lady who loved calling me Ms Amanda that I am not interested in the scam or in giving them any of my bank details and to remove me from the database immediately

I think this is a scam caller. The number did not leave a voicemail. I notice that other people within the last few mins before me have been looking the number up so seems like a lot of calls from this number to people just now.

TAXES/HMRC - an automated voice said they're HMRC. But are they?! - I'm suspicious due to there being so many phone scams! - (I never press "1" on my keypad to strange numbers now). I'll call them & find out & let you know, (if I can).
I had a phone call from 02922229992 clalming to be Eon, who asked if I wanted a 'Smart meter', they wanted my account details.... RED FLAG!!!!! Eon SHOULD have my account details - well, they certainly had my phone number. I contacted Eon and they told me to block the number it wan't them....! To be hones't I wondered if this was some dirty trick Eon had dreamed up - how would THEY know I had no Smart meter..... and how did they get my phone number, no prizes for guessing sorry. Received on my mobile twice in quick succession. Number unknown to me, so did not answer. No voicemail left so assume this was a sales/spam call. similar number 07711271806 tried again today. According to map location both calls originated from the same place, a few miles South East of Great Mitton. Number originates from O2 system.

They called our office a few times this week, when you pick up your hear a little background noice, this time it sounded like someone typing, and then they hang up..

SCAM. Probably from the same source as 1656737322, a call to my landline. The well spoken, but recorded voice, told me that two suspicious transactions had been noted on my account (no introduction as to who she represented) and that I should take one of two actions. Either press "1" to cancel them or "2" to speak to a service advisor. I left the call open for ten minutes but there was no further communication from the caller. Why Bridgend exchange? I have no idea.

SCAM Automated call claiming to be from HMRC threatening legal action.
Calling alleging they're from Currys PC World then mentioning my mobile phone provider and talking about new deals on handsets. Doesn't make any sense at all and totally trying to scam me.

Text from GOVUK supposedly saying to get £150 energy rebate by opening link and putting in all your personal details and bank details. I think you'll find instead of a rebate you will have your account emptied by these low life scammers.
Fraud A voice with an American accent told me they were from HRMC and I was "wanted" for fraud. They wanted me to call them...presumably to "help" me with this. I hung up as this is clearly not how the HMRC behaves and people are not "wanted" in this way in the UK.
Very nice and friendly call centre trying to advise people of their fuel cards and how much they could be saving on petrol prices. Would definitely recommend to listen to their calls if fuel prices infuriate you as much as they do me!!
