Caller named knew my name and my insurance company. He said he represented them which I don t believe. He said I had an accident on a certain date and he was calling in regards to nuisance calls. I didn t report any nuisance calls. I told him I didn t want to speak because his call sounded supsicious. Don t answer this number.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Caller asked if I was (my real name) and when I confirmed it was, he said he was Craig from ( I did not catch the name of the company) and then he terminated the call.
