This company is JMK Technical Services base in Brooklyn NY in the US, but is also based in India. Claim to be endorsed by Mcafee for anti- virus support, but I telephoned Mcafee and they had never heard of them. Do not pay them for support, it is a scam.

Got a call from this number saying they could reduce the insurance costs on my television from ?7 per month to ?5. This is remarkable as I don t have television insurance. They asked for my bank details to "set up a direct debit". I declined so they said they would put the forms in the post. I look forward to receiving them. They called themselves TV Guard.
