This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I ve lost count how many times I ve asked them to remove my name from their databases. They think I ve had some accident but I havent. If you have iphone you can block this number in your Call Settings menu - you have to save them as a contact first though. Absolute pain in the backside!
