This number is used along with other numbers with the area code 020 380 and in the range 70648 to 70653 from my experience. I believe the calls are made using VOIP via a service centre in the UK and appear to be calls coming from London, but actually come from Israel or Cyprus or Bulgaria. These calls are from OptionFM a binary Option trading scam operated by Banc de Binary based in Israel. Rude, aggressive man saying he s calling from a government body as he has a refund for PPI for me. He has my maiden name and address from 3 houses ago. I asked him not to keep ringing me, take me off the calling list he just spoke aggressively over the top of me and said well I ll sent your refund entitlement back then and hung up on me.

The caller said she was from O2 and We were due for a free gift of Wireless Headphones as a security what was my place of birth. I found out that the fraudsters had chaned my password by going on the O2 website and requesting a 6 digit number and asking me to give it to them.. I don't thimk I have suffered losses . I obviously reset my password. The caller was an Indian female, this is not unusual as, Indian Call Centres are experts in fraud I have been involved in investigating Indian call centre.
