Yet another follow-up call to a text saying I could claim for PPI insurance. Despite the text having said it related to a specific claim, he was unable to give any details when I challenged him. He interrupted me and said that I have no idea how good his offer and let them in front of me. I interrupted him and said, "Not interested" and hung up. Why not understand the "No"?
