I do not know who they are. All I know is that it is from the centre of Chichester. They do not even leave a text so that I would at least know who is attempting to get hold of me!!! It may be quite innocent, but until I know who is calling as unknown, it is a nuisance. Why should we have to put up with this rubbish, the caller would not like it if this happened to them. I will not call them back incase it is a scam.

Telemarketing I have just had a call fro 07711 421182 with a far-eastern sounding chap with bad english trying to tell me against a background of lots of other people doing the same thing, that he wanted to "help me with [my] investments". According to UoB website this number shouldn't be calling for student fundraising so this is likely a scam. "Our Student Fundraisers will call you from 0121 678 1000, but please note that this number is outgoing only. If you receive a call from a Student Fundraiser, they will be able to send you a verification email while you are on the phone to them. This email will come from [email protected] – a University domain email account."

The caller gave this number saying they were from Google about my entry on google maps and that they were going to help me fix the problem I had to get customers to find me. There s nothing wrong with my entry. So I played along and when asked for my name said it was George Bush. Apparently I should get a call back later today as I said I was too busy. Beware, this is just usual scam.

Safe number new system for NHS appointments, link does look ‘dodgy’ so didn’t access it but also in msg is option to to send text saying PRINT, which will mean a paper copy of the appointment is sent. I did this and letter came a couple of days later. Poorly thought out scheme as msg does look like a scam and no advertising saying this is their new system!

Safe number NHS. This was a call from Hinckley and Bosworth Medical Alliance about an out of hours appointment. The number came up on my phone as possible Scam, but it is genuine. Google it. Apparantly number is also used by complete business systems.
