I ve been getting calls from this number on and off for a year and two things happen I answer and total silence or they attempt to make me buy a higher priced data pack and when I state that I don t need a higher priced data pack and even if I did I would just change it directly with their app they start getting more aggressive about it. My sister also just got a call from them and I just told her to hang up if they start poking for personal details which they did, me and my sister have blocked this number

Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. This is Three UK mobile level 2 technical support at the call centre and call you back when issues have been raised via mast issues or that 1st line technical team can not resolve.

These people will call on a daily basis around the same time, you pick up the phone someone is there on other end and then puts phone down on you, when you try and call back you get number not recognised, tried blocking number doesn t seem to work
