"Virginmedia support department" - about the sixth time they have called since Christmas plus one from Talk-Talk. Told me I had a problem with my router. Complete scammers. Asked if I was "Colin Shuttleworth". When I said no the man made a noise as if it was ME who had inconvenienced him.

Got an online quote which I rejected as it was exceptionally high. Since then have received silent calls from them even after I called and asked to be removed from their list. Between their pricing and follow up service I would not ever recommend them.
