This number keeps calling me but when I try to return the call I get a you have dialled an incorrect number message

I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). This caller would likely be asking to speak with Mr Strevitt or Mr Gwendoline. As has been the nature of the calls for the past 3 years. I explain that I am neither of those names and they respond with "you re there, you ll do" and they are a nuisan

Despite registration with the TPS, I had two cold calls about an alleged car accident in which I was involved but I do not own a car and certainly was not involved in an accident on the date claimed. The caller claimed to be from a company called Solicitors Law Firm and to have got details of my alleged accident from the UK National Traffic Department but as far as I can ascertain neither organisation exists. They witheld their phone number but claimed to be calling from 01527 821239.

this was a call from Elite Direct in rainham Essex It was there UK Mail Order Service. They were not cold callers they phoned regaridng a order.

Sick to death of this number calling me..any clue who it is? At least 8 times a bloody day

Asked whether I was from Kettering, Corby or Wellingborough and got shitty with me when I asked what it was about - was told nothing more than its was grassroots campaign and that when she knew which town, she could tell me more. I hung up.

Similar to other comments - caller said he was from Microsoft and said my computer had been sending them warning messages. Wanted me to log on so he could fix it ! He was a bit confused when I said I only had Apple computers and not Microsoft and then hung up when I told him that I would refer this to Action Fraud!

Tried to talk to me about my mobile contract coming up for renewal, but quickly hung up.

Keep getting calls from this number and when I answer they just put the phone down - very rude not to even speak.

The first time they rang there was call-centre style background noise so I hung up before anyone spoke. Calling later in the day, a man started by being friendly "How are you today", but when his introductory spiel mentioned he d be asking questions to find my opinion, I interrupted him to say I don t do surveys. I terminated the call and blocked the number with BT 1572 Call Protect

They put phone down as soon as I answered, they don't answer when I call back. Could have reported to Police as harrassment?¿?, but Blocked instead.

Keep ringing me like two or three times a day for the last six months, never spoken to anyone as soon as I answer the there is silence and the line goes dead
