This person claimed to work for Currys pc world. Trying to get me to sign up for a new mobile contract. He knew my number but not my name. When I called him out, he was very abusive then hung up ..... Invalid number when I rang back.
I did not respond, but checked the dialling code and found that it did not exist. Clearly a scammer.

Telemarketing STRONG Indian accent claiming to be from currys.co.uk offering 40% off handsets & plans. I simply said not interested & hung up. Totally out of the blue & I am on TPS, so shouldn't get ANY such calls. AVOID
Guy with a thick Indian accent called my work asking for the "person in charge of our website". I said he wasnt here and asked if I could take a message and he said his name was Alexis and he was calling from SEO. Obviously a scam call.
Automated call claiming to be from a bank fraud department with suspicious activity on a card for transactions of hundreds of pounds. No bank name was mentioned and it asked to either authorise payments or choose to speak to someone. When no choice was pressed immediately the call was ended.

I have had this number blocked since last year because it kept ringing and there was nothing there . It just came up again as a blocked call today.. and yesterday. A phone call claiming to be from Amazon, asking me if I wanted to continue after the free trial. I don't know if they would have asked for payment details, as they hung up when I said it couldn't be me as I already had Amazon Prime.
