I also have been charged £10.00 on my latest bill. I did enquire on the DVLA website for my car tax and MOT and I did ask for a reminder, but I was under the impression that this service was done by the DVLA and not a random company that charges me £10. I've emailed them and they are processing a refund through post office however this really shouldn't have happened in the first place. Many people will sign up for this service and the charges will go unknowing and that's probably how they make their money.

An unsolicited call from a caller with an Indian accent who claimed to be calling about a problem with my internet. This is part of a regular pattern of calls which we receive every Friday morning and sometimes during the week. When challenged they hang up. We do not have problems with our internet.
Had 4 recorded messages left from this number in the last week alone and now I m getting the same types of calls to my mobile. I ve just reported them to Ofcom at http://consumers.ofcom.org.uk/2012/10/tackling-nuisance-calls-and-messages/ Hopefully if enough people do it they will be stopped.

Keep calling, started just after 9am and have called 5 more times by 3.30pm. I have left the call to an answerphone as I don t recognise the number, they are not leaving any message - it goes to the machine, and either you get background noise (call centre?) or silence. I have no catalogue accounts, so they have no reason to phone - from all comments, assuming that this is a scam. I am getting a call guardian phone this month, can t wait to be able to block all the stuff like this. Total nuisance!!

My mother was called from this number. Later she got a bill because they should have bought totally useless stuff, but this was shown not once delivered. But the money was debited even three times. These are scammers.

I asked him for more detail on his supposed credit file and he gave me verbal abuse and hung up. Should be locked up.
Wanted to know about my accident but had no information regarding this presumed accident. Redialing the number, it is unobtainable. Woman got very defensive and aggressive when a report to TPS (Telephone Preference Service). She did agree claims were liable to reduction for commission. Thetford number with northern accent. I AM complaining to TPS and anyone accepting complaints about deceptive worrying cold calling.
