They were indian, male and middle aged, they identified themselves as John Martin. I am ex-directory and my phone is registered with the telephone preference service to block sales calls and unwanted calls. I checked online and the number was listed as Indian and Rotherham based. Codazone been robbing my mum for weeks. Extra £17 on her phone bill and yet she plays no online games like they are claiming. Googled the number and found this and despite sending STOP it continued. I contacted o2 for help and they gave me a customer service number for codazone but when you press option 3 for operator the call just ends. Has anyone had any success in claiming the money back.
