This company reported to be Heating Services, claims to act on behalf of British Gas Homecare and deals with all their support services. They rang to say they are reducing the cost of my homecare cover and including plumbing and electricity repairs. All I need to do is amend my Direct Debit. This is a company scamming customers as they had all me details.

took a call from a foreign sounding woman claiming to be from open reach telling me they had detected my internet speed was faulty. It was a local number but she handed me on to a foreign guy who, when I asked where he was based, said London. When I told him I thought he was a scammer he hung up!

My son with special needs got a barrage of calls from this number spoofing police calls that he got involved in a car accident on the M5, another call saying that they are bailiffs saying that they owe them £1,600. This number has been making numerous calls today before 8am. It alternates with a private caller saying they are from Virginmedia. I have checked with the company who have no record of any calls being made to me. Annoying maybe dangerous.

Claimed to be ringing about solar panels but the quality of the voice and the pauses before answering my questions made me think I was talking to some sort of AI device on a computer. After I asked several questions it rang off.

Phone No. 01329239173 phoned today and claimed to be my bank security, without stating who I bank with, they said that I'd authorised Payments of £300 to Amazon and £1200 from a site I don't normally use. This was obviously a scam to get my Bank Details, I've checked with my bank and no such payments have been authorised, ,thank god. This comes after I've been hit on one of my cards for a payment I hadn't authorised with Fancy2go.com, another con artist.
