First they called tried to confirm that the were speaking to the person they were calling for. Annoyingly they would read back my address. Then they would ask if they could do a short survey. another time they have an Indian accent and sometimes they have an English accent. Sometimes Indian man. The English accent one wanted to know if there was central heating in the house. she went straight into the question despite me telling her she had the wrong name and number. SCAM - pretends to be from Microsoft saying computer has downloaded malicious software. Gets recipient to go to PC. Identifies PC/Mac by asking to describe keyboard. For mac uses Spotlight to launch console - didn’t run with it any further. Caller does know the name accociated with the phone number. Caller has strong asian accent with a regular uk name.
Called because I sent a message about activity on my card that I had not authorised. Very quick to respond and sort out my problem.

Answered the phone and got a recorded message (male, English voice) "our records indicate that you were injured in an accident within the last three years, press 5 to speak to an operator". I pressed 5 and initially heard an office environment then was cut off. On ringing back, I heard the ringing tone but it almost instantly changed to an engaged tone. Don t know who this company is, but they need stopping.

Posed as Amazon, claiming that £90 had been removed from my account. Was initially an automated message, when I pressed 1 to speak to someone they said: "Hi there, how can I help!?" I replied "Well, I don't know, you called me!" and they hung up!
