My advice to anyone would be, never answer to an unknown number unless it s followed by a text message. Even then you should only respond to a text if the message interests you.
Rang my Mum multiple times claiming to be from o2. She said she wasn't interested and hung up. They rang straight back and she gave me the phone. The guy launched into his routine and asked how much she spends o2 monthly. I said if they were genuinely from o2 they would know. He replied "how the hell would I know that?"
