Called by Asian (Indian) sounding woman from a call centre saying she was from BT Openreach. 'Was I aware that my Broadband connection was being used by 7 other people'? As this is a principle of ASDL Service and not a surprise at all, I asked her to provide more information and she hung up.. Annoying, unprofessional... BT should investigate..

My elderly mother had been in pain for many years and after coming to her house I purchased a therapy pad and my mother has seen tremendous benefits. I don t know why this company has any negative reviews at all. Then again, so do even Apple and Microsoft.
