Can only describe this as an unsolicited call to my mobile from a person of ethnic decent in a call centre.Asked for me by name new about a previous accident last November also about outstanding issue.Claimed to be from ABI about how my Insurance company delt with the accident. (01615530059) i was called by this number at 19:05 on the 19th April 2023, when i answered got a noise from background then they hung up, when i called back got a recorded message with an american accent saying "your call is important to us, please hold the line and an advisor will be with you shortly" so i just hung up

It says this is Clearanswer, a marketing company and one of BTs partners.....comments from the general public seem to suggest otherwise. A very foreign voice suggested my BT contract was coming to an end. I don’t discuss new contracts with a cold caller. When I said it wasn’t due to be renegotiated she hung up...not the sort of thing a genuine person would do.
