Trying to hack my BT account by triggering a password reset they wanted the PIN number from the email they become quite threatening and abusive say they are from BT and there is a problem with your internet.... don’t be fooled the email is actually from bt so be careful

SCAM 01392433831 called me today approximately 11pm on my landline - I don't say anything when i answer and wait for the caller to speak first - but when I took the call it had a very noisy background like a call centre, but no discernible conversations then the caller hung up. This is a typical nuisance call - usually from overseas with heavily accented BT/O2/Vodafone/EE 'Technician' wanting to access my accounts etc. They always hangup if i don't say anything first.
