Messaged to inform me of a delivery I missed from EVRI. With a link to re-book a delivery time. I went to the official website to track my delivery, and the number on the message that the suspected scammer gave is not recognised. Also I checked my CCTV and no-one had tried to deliver anything.

Santander left a voice mail, which I thought was a little bit suspicious, as I have never heard or had a bank leave any kind of voice mail. So I rang the official phone number that is on the back of my card and after being on hold for nearly an hour they eventually answered and apparently they had nothing written on my account about anyone who tried to contact me and left a message. Someone from the fraud department will be contacting me, so I will find out if this number is legit or if they are scammers

A cold call. Caller said that I had a problem with my internet for 3 weeks and his engineers were fixing the problem. Caller did not use my name or the name of my internet provider. Caller did not answer any of my questions but carried on reading from his script. I am sure that this was some sort of SCAM attempt. As usual I did not give the caller any information that would identify me or any account that I may have.

Had a call from this number on my landline at 5:30pm on Wednesday 26th July. On 15-02-2023 I was called, on my mobile by this (London) land line number. 020 45689768. When I replied the call got cut…. Called the number back and was connected to a voice message… Did not get the name of caller, so I called again…., but the same happened and the name pronounced was not clear to me…. It then offers 2 options to press a 2 or a 9 (the last one to ask them not to phone again…..) Obviously I did no such thing, as I “smelled a rat” . . . . . Simply blocked the number in my phone
