Claiming to be from Amazon asking whether I wanted to cancel or continue a subscription. Could only provide me with the initial and surname. Couldn't tell me the name of the initial. i.e. J. Brown, but couldn't tell me what the 'J' stood for. Indian accent, obvious scam.
Some paki claiming to be from some TECH company, and my computer sending them error messages, guess they decided not to call themselves windows tech department after being caugh...

Everest double glazing marketing number. Maximum price for incompetently installed windows. They didn t give a damn about correcting a front window that was falling apart soon after installation - including the cill put in back-to-front. An additional worry for my father who was dying of cancer. There is nothing too vile that I wouldn t wish on them. I believe dreams do come true.

Just called, 13:15pm 26th March 2021 01484234296 automative voice, long pause before talking. Said I was involved in a car tax scam and I should call by pressing whichever number I forget now. If I didn't get in touch I would be arrested immediately. I believe it's a scam a HMS tax as they state they are would not call using an auto voice caller . we'll see!

Have found my home number, mobile and my parent s number. They call and text at ridiculous times if the day for a debt I don t owe. Can t block them. Nightmare company
This number called me asking they want to authorize payment worth of £600.00 to California. I do not know anyone from California first of all. When I said I do not have any knowledge of what you talking person on a phone said this is a fraud. So to stop this started asking me bank details which I refused to share and hung up. I repeatedly ask from where you calling? which bank? etc there was no straight forward answers. In the last I said you are a fraud and hung up.

Had several calls, basically a scam on Amazon and they want your card details. Automated message, just hang up.
Constantly ringing again and again. i ignored the calls and they rang 8 time in 15 minutes time period. It is incredibly annoying. I answered the last call and the man was quite aggressive and refused to remove my name from his calling list and blamed me for answering my own phone. He said if i did not answer he woudl not be able to try to sell me things!

14th Jan 2021. Stupid SCAM Call telling that despite the bad weather I was expected in work by 14-20. Some organization called Baxters and the number appears to be Manchester UK Never Heard of Them ??????????? Not only that....... I retired 20 years ago ! Is this someone checking if I'm home ?
Claim to be from Orange yet when I rang Orange they say it is nothing to do with them. Somehow they have got hold of my grandmothers number, who is in her 80 s and keep ringing there asking for me. They will not leave her alone.. totally disgusted

The number is 02075154063. Said I had been caught on tax fraud. Very dangerous if the wrong person picks up as asks for details. Is a pre-recorded message so more than likely a scam.
SCAM Claimed to be from BT Broadband and told me my internet router was sending error signals to them and that I wasn't getting the speed I should be. They give you a bit of blurb about internet speed and then ask you to turn on your laptop, they ask you to press 'Ctrl + Windows +R' then type: - 'Eventvwr' into the box. They then use screen that comes up to persuade you that you have a problem. Once they have you convinced, which is easily done if you are not tech savvy, the sting.. Your money!!!
Again same SCAM different number, (local energy provider) which is FALSE nBEWARE EVERYONE on no account give out your details!!

Received a call from this number...answered it...brief silence then the call dropped.
Received many calls from same number but just the last digit changes. It is an automated message saying that they are HMRC and that a tax fraud claim is made against me, that I should press 1 and talk to a representative otherwise I will be arrested shortly. It is so annoying as to how they get my number, i have had so many unsolicitored calls recently. Who is selling my information, I am so carefull in completing any online applications with my sensitive details?
