SCAM - automated voice - saying they were from BT and that my account would be terminated if I didn't press 1. I don't have a BT account. Hung up.
SCAM call received from this number at 1130 on Mon 19/10/2020 stating “THIS IS A CALL FROM BRITISH TELECOM. YOUR LANDLINE AND INTERNET ARE ABOUT TO BE DISCONNECTED. PLEASE PRESS ONE”. I suspect that this is one of those calls which when you press “1” you will automatically be charged for a premium call. If you receive a call from this number, do NOT press 1 and block the number from your system.

This number called me asking they want to authorize payment worth of £600.00 to California. I do not know anyone from California first of all. When I said I do not have any knowledge of what you talking person on a phone said this is a fraud. So to stop this started asking me bank details which I refused to share and hung up.
