Caller said there was a problem with the computer and that we should log in and they would help. I Questioned him about his phone number and address where he was located and he started shouting that I should end call or log into computer. Asked to speak to his supervisor and he said the same and that he would phone back later. I did not trust this call.
I received this call today but didn't answer as I'm at work. Guessing if someone else has received a missed call of the same number it has to be a call centre.

Called my landline on 5/June/20. English woman, apparently in a call centre. They had my name (I didn't confirm) and claimed to be from BT-Openreach, although I don't get my service from BT. Strike 1 She then claimed I was with Zen Internet (I'm not). Strike 2 I declined to give the name of my service provider and asked what she was after. She hung up. Looked dodgy to me.
My daughter has just had the same phone call saying she has been selected for the £8000 grant. she is a special needs child and gave her address to the number now she is petrified to be at home what can she do about this I am fuming at the disgrace of what my daughter has just been put through
