Answer with robotic American accented voice saying how important call is. Out of interest I held on for a minute of so and no-one came back. Hung up and they have since rang 4 times!! after verifying my name, immediately said I was going to get a letter in the next few days regarding money I could get back from PPI - knew address and name, I didn't budge. When I queried their legitimacy, he dropped the line right away.
I answered phone, they hung up.

Fraud Had a call from this number this morning claiming to be from Virgin Media. They were trying to tell me that other people were using my internet service. As my husband is an IT engineer and often works with Virgin, I knew this to be untrue and the Indian accented lady got quite annoyed when I tried to end the call politely - in the end I put the phone down. I do not know the full extent of the scam they were going to do as I was busy working as well. Don't trust it!
