SCAM Fraud Banking Firstly, a test message was received on a mobile saying it was the Fraud department of a Credit Card company and they would be calling about “recent activity from your card. Expect a call from our Fraud team. Please wait for our call”. That was followed 2mins later by a phone call to the same mobile number saying it was from 02071934897 (London). Not a number associated with a Credit Card company! The male caller asked for the additional card holder by name but hadn’t called that person

Call from Amazon. Told to go online and check emails because somebody was taking £700 from my account. I said no and rang off. Called again wanting to know why I rang off and to get on the computer. I said no again but wouldn't take no for an answer I asked why not using Amazon number it was because it was a security number. Told unless I did as asked, payment would go ahead. Called multiple times and at stupid hours. Midnight I received 3 missed calls and a voicemail which was just music playing, whereas the voicemail left in the day he was a "recruiter". Do not answer.

This No. is used by Community Call Prevention - a company that claims to reduce unwanted calls. All they do is charge you a monthly fee to register you on the free TPS register This company is a part of the problem, not the solution. They have been told many times to stop calling & that all percieved "permissions" to call have been recinded. They say, each time, that the previous operator didn't action the request properly and promise it is fixed now...

Call center. Caller said they were from 3 network, offering me a new phone contract. They finally hung up on me after a few minutes of me pretending not to know things about phones.
1 missed call from this number and a couple from a private number a few minutes later. I never respond to these unknown and unexpected calls. Anyone who knows me knows I'd never answer.
