Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1604310xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Finance Review Centre, loans, PPI, accident claims. Just had the same call from "George Henderson" went along with his lies just to see what he was up to. No doubt after bank details. Or cash to be paid into a dodgy account. I feel sorry for vulnerable people who may fall for this scam. As if the Government have ever given anything away!!
