Fraud SCAM The caller claimed to be from mobile phone promotion department offering a discount. I established that the caller was a fraud and called them out at which point they stopped being polite and friendly and began to taunt and be abusive. This call has been reported to the UK National Cyber Security Centre.

I received a auto message from this number saying my internet would be cut off in 24 hours apparently it was from BT but I’m not with BT, obviously I hung up, just be aware.

If I don't press 1 or not get in touch with an 'officer' a warrant will be issued immediately and they'll come and arrest me right now!!! Just messaged about insufficient funds on my PayPal account and to click a link. I don't even have PayPal ????
claimed to be from my internet provider-asked me to confirm router was working ok as had received large volume of calls. When I advised I was not at home(despite the fact they had called my landline) heard whispered conversation with a workmate/supervisor,asked to perform the same check on router again I repeated that I was not at home. This appeared to totally confuse the caller whose grasp of english was obviously only what was scripted. I then hung up
