0920 18-Dec-2019. Automated call to my landline, saying I had a text message. Please press 1 to hear message. Sounded like a scam, so hung up call. I m not expecting any parcels from anyone.

I received 3 succesion voicemails. Then a call which I answered, they asked me to confirm security, when asked why should I confirm security if you calle dme they said "Proceedure". My response, locks on all windows, 5 lever mortace locks on all exit doors, garage alarmed need I say more? Line went dead. This is a loan scam, they say your accepted for a loan and then ask for an advance fee payment. You never see the loan and they deny they ever spoke to you, let alone give you the money back. Based in Mumbai India.

I typed the number in a search engine and thanks to others listing it was able to discover its Oxfam calling me on a daily basis. Have never answered call and no message is left. Will now add number to reject list as they are becoming a nuisance. We choose to give to charity and shouldn t feel pressured. That s not what its about.

Fraud. Located in Clithero. Reported to Clithero police but they couldn't be bothered to investigate and told me to contact the fraud squad instead. They could have caught the culprit but weren't interested.
