I got a call from this number claiming to be EE I have given them personal information including bank details

Cold caller rang saying he had been looking for me for ages as he had news about compensation from a factory I had worked at. I was suspicious and ended the call.

Pretty pathetic scammer - doesn t withhold his number and wastes precious time arguing with me that he really was from Microsoft.

This was from a company asking you about resent accidenrs. When i asked them to remove my name they were rude and hung up.

This comes up as a Liverpool number .of is a company dealing with PPI. Very polite young man who was straight to the point regarding what the call was for. After asking a few questions, the usual ones about whether I d had any loans, credit cards, catalogues etc, he said he would get the system updated so that they didn t call again. Just about the most polite call I ve ever had regarding PPI!!

Called multiple times over the last couple of weeks. Truecaller app logs the call but no ring tone. I just see they have made yet another attempt.

went silent - obviously a marketing company that uses automated rining if you don t answer quickly enough it drops the connection!

Called twice today didn’t leave a message so I assume I really don’t need to speak to them about anything!

These JOKERS are a SCAM JOB, and have CHANGED THEIR PHONE NUMBER TO TRY AND CATCH US OUT. Call Blocking Services active on the OLD NUMBER can t help. Called several times and leaves message with my wife that he needs to speak to me and that I am a contact of his. Never heard of Dennis Preston and WCT. Sounds like Boiler House bollocks. Avoid.

called alot so i answered a few times without speaking and they hung up immediately. Then i answered and went along with "the nice man from Microsoft" who wanted to "fix" my computer. When i got to a step that would do something to my computer i told him i thought he was a fake and a terrible person for sucking people in and he got really angry and went off! These people are scum for hoaxing people who don t know computers, particularly elderly folk.

They hung up as soon as I answered.

The caller said he was calling on behalf of Vodafone and would like to make me offers. I told him that I m happy with my contract and did not want any calls. He interrupted me and said that I have no idea how good his offer and let them in front of me. I interrupted him and said, "Not interested" and hung up. Why not understand the "No"?

This was a silent caller who did not respond to my voice.
