They mis-sold over the phone to my relative who has disabilities and does not understand what he is signing up to. I am now trying to retrieve £210 that was taken from him by direct debit. No luck so far. I fear this money may be gone forever.

This company is a harassment caller and has called this morning several times with a very aggressive tone. We have had to be firm but he is still persistently calling. We have verified with e-on that they have not had contact with us and told not to give nay personal details. AVOID
