This was a call about life insurance, and could save £1000 of the policy. They couldn't tell me who my policy was with, or the policy number and had the incorrect post code, so I played along with them, requesting that they give me those details first. They then changed their story and said it was a survey and asked again who my policy was with, and so it went on and on and they gave up. Number blocked from future calls, but that won't work as they have dozens of numbers. Always a woman of foreign descent.

He called me on 26/02/2023 from 17.00 on wards every 20 minutes or so till 20.00 hours i disconnected the. then around 15.00 hours he started calling again silent all the time this went on for 10 calls the i did not pick so blocked my land line by leaving phone off hook. Received a call from this number, answered and received an automated message saying my Amazon account had 2 large orders using my card and they didn’t think it was me. I have been hounded by callers from the 07824 allocation by Vodaphone. The latest, because I have blocked the others, was from a different number in the series - but the caller was certainly a nuisance, persistent and a pest. The call was not from anyone I knew or wished to know and whilst I cannot for certainty say it was a scam this is likely as the caller kept on mentioning Bit Coin. Want nothing to do with them either

Safe number Screwfix - Tongwell, MK store. They called to let me know that an item hadn't been delivered to them yet so there was no need for me to come in yet to collect it.
