This landline from London area is used by call center working for non-profit organisations, mostly connected with NSPCC, Amnesty International, British legion etc. but can be used for different organisations. This call centre uses more numbers from the same range (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated). If you are not interested in fundraising, I recommend to block the whole 2034760xxx range...
