This was a fictional number used in the drama series EastEnders for the Slater Household in 2002. It may have since been allocated to a genuine customer or business.
I was called at 12:30 while eating my lunch, it was a woman saying she was an energy advisor in my area. When I said "sorry what company are you from", she rudely hung up! Obviously a fraud as I live near ther south coast not in the area of Blackburn.

please be aware of this spam. They said I had ordered a removal van and were calling to arrange one for me. It ties into several hoax calls I received last week as all the callers were sub Asians.
Indian woman called Jessie from Housing Disrepair Association. Told me I'd been reported as having damp in the home. Asked her what country she was calling from and what location which she wouldn't answer, she then wanted to know if I was a private or social tennant. Told her I knew she was a scammer, at which point she hung up.

Received a call from this number (07922591295). Its a scam. A voice telling us that we had an £800 on line gambling charge on our our Visa card in America that they (presumably Visa or our bank?) thought was suspicions and was on hold. To stop it we just needed to respond by pressing 1.

The caller, with a strong foreign accent, alleged he was from sky refund centre; however, when I said ok in a less than enthusiastic manner, the caller hung up. This is a scam company trying to sell services for stock trading. They use a multiple mobile back up numbers also. They are always non English natives with Russian, east European, Indian accents featuring. They will offer to send you a clickable What's App link which is possibly infected with a Trojan virus or takes you to a website. They will keep calling no matter you telling them you are not interested. Definitely avoid.
