Phoned today claiming to be from AMAZON about an order placed last night through my account. First error as I don't have an AMAZON account. They sent a 6-digit code to use when I cancelled my order and said they would phone back, surprise surprise I am still waiting on that return call.

Called me claiming to be Scottish Power, wanted me to tell them my address, saying I had a debt on my account. I asked them to tell me the address to which they claimed the debt was overdue on, but they couldn't. When I told them that I have never had an account with Scottish Power, they became very aggressive and eventually told me to f..k off and hung up on me.

His name is Chris James and he's a landlord based in oswestry. Vile man. Only cares about money. No interest in your needs or replacing things but experts you to pay even though he doesn't help. Comes unannounced and will go around property when you're out. Makes threats he can't cash. I hope he gets cancer and dies a slow and painful death. That's what he deserves. We received a call from 0141 555 4854 with a recorded message telling us of unauthorised transactions on our card? One was £300 for Amazon and then £1, something (I lost the will at this time). I could press 1 to cancel or 2 to speak to the team. I have hung up ad blocked the number.but I know they can change the number to show anything they like. Why or why are the authorities not doing more to catch these scumbags.
