Has rung me a few times, never answer it but the phone rings, and rings and rings. Not sure if this is connected to this particular number or not - but also makes my phone freeze so I cannot cancel/dismiss the call. Need to turn it off to make it go away.
A guy called claiming to be from the Carphone Warehouse. Mentioned something about an iPhone. I told him I didn't use an iphone, but had a Samsung. He wanted to know what model. I told him I had a Samsung 10 that I was perfectly happy with, and I was under a contract, so not in need of another phone at this time. Asked for a woman that doesnt live here so explained they must have wrong number. The caller said no matter, are a home owner then? They ring at least 3 times a day regarding ppi. Pressing 5 DOES NOT remove you from their list. Nor does pressing 9 and speaking to the knobber who answers because as soon as you try to explain that you don t want them to keep calling they hang up on you.
