Flagged as scam on Samsung so did not pick up. Have a business phone so would not expect personal life insurance call. Honestly, GDPR was a waste of time, penalising honest businesses but scammers and thiefs are safe? Just don't pick up a number you don't know, why would your Insurance call you? They never do.

I got an email from PayPal, saying I purchased a cell phone & that payment is now due. I called the number on the invoice from PayPal, a man with a thick indian accent answered & struggled to speak good English to explain himself. When I asked for the head office number he asked me why I needed it, I told them if they were a representative of the company he would not hesitate to give me the head office number he the said he would give me it to get a pen and paper handy then the line went dead.

I've had so many of these and know it's a scam.
