Telephone call claiming to be form the Visa Mastercard security line allowing me to select option 1 to cancel 2 attempted transactions this morning. One for £600 and the other for £900. Scam.

Fraud I believe this was an attempt to get my debt card information. I typed in the url filled up with an all red page telling me this was a fraudulent site and to not contact or talk to these people. UNSAFE SITE trying to get my credit card, social sec. info etc. It had the phone number 208-537-7505 which if you call it, get nothing but what sounds like a fake ring - No one picks up. The URL they sent in the text led me to the warning site. The text will ask if you used your card and the amt charged.

As I am a Housing Rights Worker for Shelter, I am well aware of how to get repairs actioned. They went silent when I explained this. Had this number call but when I said Hello, there was no answer, i repeated Hello 3 times, then they hung up I am so sick of these calls that all i do is say a quiet hello if i do not recognise the number, but I am also being plagued by home sure ref my deceased mums house - she never even had home sure!
