I too have had money deducted from my Barclaycard. 29th jan It has taken till November and have been informed by swift financial that a refund is due in 30days that was the 26th Oct,nothing has materialised. What annoys me is swift are still sending me packs out to claim on other acts. They must be in on this scam. Where can I find out about act 1974. Sect 75 as I don’t think Barclaycard will refund now.

PPI claims company. Asked for me by name, and said that they understood that I was recently rejected a claim. I corrected them saying I made my claims already and nothing was refused, your "facts" are wrong!
