I received an e-mail from amy pearce, however I was daft to respond. Spoke to a bloody american for 18 mins later then told they will be in touch within a week. Still waiting. Call cost me ?15 when I saw my bill last week.

First they called tried to confirm that the were speaking to the person they were calling for. Annoyingly they would read back my address. Then they would ask if they could do a short survey. another time they have an Indian accent and sometimes they have an English accent. Sometimes Indian man. The English accent one wanted to know if there was central heating in the house. she went straight into the question despite me telling her she had the wrong name and number. I get at least one call every day, despite being with TPS. The calls are silent. I am also ex-directory. Please, anyone getting calls from this number, make a complaint to Ofcom. With enough complaints they will investigate and can levy a lovely big fine

I ve been called daily by this number but I have a call blocker on my android phone called "Truecaller" (I am not a salesman) which filtered it straight away. It does have apps but is very effective for nuisance callers. Hope this helps.

Missed call

got a call from this number and they hung up when I answered. few mins later someone rang quoting my name and address saying we had been getting unwanted calls. they could block these calls etc sounded good till charge of 1.90 a month mentioned. i asked who reported these calls but he said it was a general thing people in this area were suffering from. after hung up I checked the number of who called and was same as first caller who had hung up. these are the very same people we dont want calls from surely?

Has mental health problems and no support worker, someone has bought a bunch of stuff in accounts in my name. This is harassment considering another company was harassing me for the same reason, though they were nicer about giving me time to collect evidence. Apparently I took to long as they fobbed me off with this bunch.

They just phoned my elderly father-in-law on his land line and luckily my husband had just arrived at the house when they phoned. They told him that they were the National Crime Agency and that there had been fraud on his bank account. This comes up as a Liverpool number .of is a company dealing with PPI. Very polite young man who was straight to the point regarding what the call was for. After asking a few questions, the usual ones about whether I d had any loans, credit cards, catalogues etc, he said he would get the system updated so that they didn t call again. Just about the most polite call I ve ever had regarding PPI!!

I was called by someone as part of a recruiting agency. Please be aware that companies employ call centres to make calls on their behalf. These are people who are being paid to call on behalf of other companies. If you received a call from here saying you re a claimant of some kind it means that department has been fed bad data. Please don t be horrible to the people on the other end of the phone. At least they have a job instead of being paid by benefits.
