This number called me three times on 3/2/2016 in the space of half an hour and again today (4/2/2016). I have a watch that notifies me of any calls coming through and the number which is annoying, especially when I cannot access my phone at work. I assume since it is local that it would have been for a business of some kind. No messages were left which leads me to believe that this is a cold call. Cold call, I've had one everyday for the past 14 days from an 0203 XXX number changes everyday. I always block. On the once someone spoke is was about investments.

This number was calling every 10 minutes. Called back and it said SMSR research company and told me the steps to get removed from their phone list - which takes up to 7 days
