called at 1.50pm Saturday 3 June, but they hung up when the phone was answered.
Claimed to be from BT and said did we know our hub needed updating and would need daily adjustment...sounded like a caller from India.

Advised me that I had been contacted by phone and letter that I had not replied to. Given 18 days to respond before prise withdrawn.
