SPAM - hangs up when you answer
On receiving the call heard a recorded voice saying ' Arrest warrant has been issued on the occasion of tax evasion' and gave option to key in choices. After few seconds it was disconnected on its own.

They asked for a name which I did not recognize. They said they were from Skype but phone number is for Emerging Innovations Ltd, Wickford Essex. I m registered with TPS so they should have checked my phone number before calling.
