Chap with an Indian (I think) accent called to offer to block unwanted calls to my number, and passed me on to another chap with an Indian (I think) accent but a very English-sounding name. He talked over me whenever I started to tell him about TPS, and in the end I hung up.

I was told that my number had flagged up,as the result of a minor accident. As I have never had an accident this is patently untrue.

I was very sceptical when I had a text message and then an answer phone message was left with a 3 digit number, Unfortunately my scepticism got the better of me and I ignored and deleted the text and the answer phone, I am now needing to go into Lloyds bank to remove a block on my account lol, But I am glad I was sceptical and rang the bank via fraud line number, just I needed the 3 digit number on answer phone message to unblock account My recommendation to anyone who suspects fraudulent phishing

Phishing tel call, goes off once you speak. expect cold calls later in the day. Should be banned by law.

Stating it is 02 and that they are unable to get payment! Directing to +++02.net web page. Did not use as my bill is not even due yet and all is ok with my account/

An Asian gent called regarding cover on my washing machine when I advised him it had a 5 year guarantee then he said fridge freezer, a possible scammer.

its a call from pett franklin and co LLP based in Birmingham city centre who deal with taxation etc.
