This company keep calling, maybe 3-4 times a day always asking for someone who doesn t live here but as soon as I ask to speak to supervisor or say they have a wrong number they hang up. I m close to disconnecting the landline it is such a nuisance!!

Looked up Biwater website as I have worked for Water Projects and knew the name to confirm my thoughts. Personally wouldn t trust them. Our business water provider already give discounts. The caller was a man with a foreign accent. He started to tell me he was calling about my computer but I decided it was a scam, told him I wasn t interested, hung up and blocked the number. I do not generally answer numbers that I do not recognise but as it was 08.30, I thought it could be somthing important.

Not even worth entering into conversation with. Think of loads of Foreign words and say them all in one sentence at once, then keep repeating small parts of the sentence repeatedly. They just hang up :-)

They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable.
