Normally don't pick up unknown numbers but I picked this one up as it looked odd and then the other side either dropped the call or it was automatically cut off. Decided to block the number.
3 calls yesterday, 1 so far today. Annoying to say the least

This number called 3 times- each time you answer it hangs up

This is an Amazon Prime Scam. Automated message regarding your subscription and asking you to select from following options to speak to an Agent, at that point I hung up

just another plonker who thinks we are all daft trying to tell us some one has got into are account when we dont have one.

SCAM number as if you try to call it back they end your call. When I answered the call the guy couldn't talk very good English, too myself, he then said that he's from citizens advice bureau and has found out information that I've got a lot of debt and they wish to help me dispose of the debt I then asked how does citizens advice know I have debt when I have not and then I said to them citizens advice do not cold call you you have to make appointments to go and see them so this is a scam.
I called the number back from a Hidden land line number. This is an energy cold caller rep called Chris and when I asked why they call my mobile he hung up.

Apparently from BT technical department, reporting of people interfering with my internet, foreign accent. Told them I would contact my local BT office, did not appear to like that, then I just hung up.
