This was almost certainly a call from a scammer. These calls which use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION to a caller ...
This number was phoning me every few minutes.
Waits until you answer and then hangs up! I tried ringing the number back straight away, but I got an automated message saying that I had dialled an incorrect phone number!

SCAMCalling asking for SCRAP METAL in a foreign accent. Searched number on facebook and it links to a page called MONTANA PAINTING AND DECORATING. WEIRD GUY!!
Appears to be some sort of attempted scam . Pre recorded message threatening legal action for tax evasion!! Invited press 1 for further info. Don,t know what might have happened...
