SCAM: Recorded message with american accent saying "This call is coming to you from Internal Revenue", clearly a load of B. S., hung up. Tried a call back but "number cannot be connected"

When I answered the phone, there is about two seconds of silence, then they end the call. One search engine I used came back with the answer of badoo.com. Didn’t know what it is, as all in a foreign language.
They try to switch numbers I am sick of it 4 times some days
It has rung several times but is blocked by phone spam filter

I received a call on my mobile from this number today (16/2/21) but the ringing stopped before I could answer. I did not ring the caller and so far no more calls received from this number. Suspicious!
