Calling at 6.30 am no body spoke , waited for two minutes no reply. Returned call later for continued engaged dignsl

Had a couple of calls from this number over the past couple of weeks, the phone rang for a while and when I answered the line went dead.
Caller spoke so quickly I could barely understand.

T.i missed the call. But I rang it back but all I got was sorry we missed you then they started talking about my washing machine and if I wanted to know more to call them back.

I picked up, cloud hear them talking to someone else in the background, then they hung up. Presumably cold-calling multiple numbers at the same time and someone answered just before I did.

This is a scam number based in eastern block country, pretending to be HMRC. Report it immediately and completely ignore it.
I recieved a suspicious text from this number this was the contents: Your postal package has arrived at the local warehouse, but due to incorrect shipping address or incomplete information, it cannot be delivered. The package will be returned in 24 hours.
