Rang me, I saif Hello and he said hello and swore and hung up. Number now blocked.
Definite scam - warning - beware!!! UK male claimed to be from White Goods Protection UK. Knew my name and address. Said my cover for my washing machine was due to expire, and they could renew but for a reduced premium of only £66 something this year. When I asked when he thought I had taken out cover with him, he replied "When do I KNOW you mean" then he disconnected the call. Block this number!
They rang my mobile but it set to do not disturb, I tried ringing back on my mobile and landline, unobtainable on both. Now been blocked on both. 01744 is St Helens, Merseyside
