Chap purporting to be from BT outreach telling me that my router is being compromised by criminals. As me to boot up my PC and access error logs. Already had many similar calls....
Unable to hear due to a bad line, explained I could not understand, next thing I know I was being abused by swearing and told to F**k off, I was called a F***ing idiot! Why randomly ring me and do that?

The Caller states they are from Amazon and calling to update my Prime Account, asked me to go on My Computer, as I'd just arrived home, I had to wait for My computer to start, I was asked, do You use your computer for more than Amazon,online Shopping ,E-bay and do You Bank Online,straight away,I smelt a Rat and cut the call, they called back 3 times,I have informed Amazon. Collect as much info from them, such as Web Address.
